Russie's slogan "if you are fussie insist on Russie" is not just a marketing ploy. It is a promise. I have used Russie twice to sell houses one in Heathrow and the other in rural DeLand. Two different markets and very different houses. My Heathrow house was a cookie cutter first time buyer house on a third of an acre she sold it during the recession for top dollar. My second house was a 4800 square foot home that looked like it belong in Baldwin Park on little over six acres that even after dumping 200k into it was still a fixer upper and despite its beauty was quirky with two kitchens. We had five offers on the DeLand house several thousand views on the major internet sites and countless showings. Typically you would think no problem. But we seemed to have to worst luck with buyers. It was like our house was a magnet for crazy people with unrealistic demands financial constraints and unrealistic expectations. She will show you the photos of Mercers Fernery and you will have a hard time believing that finding buyers was difficult and that we could have so many numerous difficult deals even in such a hot market.Russie rose the challenge and engaged numerous buyers and worked the deals to the last minute. She went above and beyond in dealing with extremely difficult people. She was always pleasant sweet and professional long after we had had enough of the prospective buyers. When a deal fell through Russie would get on the phone and call other prospective buyers and start working her magic.In short our house was no doubt Russie's ALL TIME HOUSE FROM HELL to sell. While marketing exposure and photos are important you want a realtor who will not give up no matter what. You have that in Russie; when most other realtors would have given up she didn't and just worked harder. When we move back to Florida in a few years I will again pick up the phone and call Russie and that is the highest form of praise I can give.
